Based on the bids that we have won, we currently deliver our Skills Bootcamps to the below regions:

2. How much does it cost the learner to be enrolled onto the course?
Our Skills Bootcamps are fully funded by the Department for Education (DfE) or Local Authority funder.
Our courses are a part of the larger Government project ‘Skills for Life’ so the intention is to help and support you get back into or begin work.
Businesses looking to upskill their workforce (defined as someone directly employed by the employer, not a sub-contractor, or freelance) onto a bootcamp, will be expected to pay 30% of training costs.
This reduces to 10% if the employer is a small or medium enterprise (SME) with 250 or less employees. There is no cost to individuals who are not accessing the training through their employer.
3. How will Employer Progression work?
If you are looking to recruit one or more of our highly talented candidates, who are raring to begin their new careers, the process will be as follows:
Initial Contact: Our team will liaise with your recruitment contact or department to schedule interviews for your vacancies which are at the right level for our graduating learners.
We also have the support of Careers advisors in all the regions we operate in, who will support learners into work and liaise with you as the employer, dependent on the opportunities you have available.
Interviewing our Candidates: We recommend using a group assessment/ interview day for up to 5-10 graduates at a time (if you have a minimum of 1-5 open roles available). This will save your staff time, through quick-fire interviews and assessments taking place on a day scheduled with you. We can run as many of these as you like.
We are also happy for interviews and Assessment days to be held remotely and we will utilise a system, integrated with your processes, to record that you are seeing candidates from our Skills Bootcamp courses.
Feedback: Whether our candidates were or were not successful during the interview with you as an Employer, we would really appreciate your feedback. As part of the larger government Skills for Life initiative, our Skills Bootcamps provide individuals with the opportunity to upskill at no cost as it is government funded.
Our Marketing team create campaigns to target prospect applicants using the eligibility criteria set by the Government or Local Authority funding our Skills Bootcamps.
